Scheduled Blade Sharpening for Austin's Kitchens & Shops
Routed, reliable, invoiced. Your blades stay sharp on a cycle. No dull edges mid-shift, no scrambling for a fix.
Why a Route, Not a One-Off
Walk-in sharpening requires you to track blade dullness, coordinate drop-offs, and wait. A sharpening route eliminates all of that — your account is on a fixed cycle, your blades are always sharp, and your invoice arrives at the end of the period.
- Predictable scheduleYou never track blade dullness. We arrive on cycle, every time.
- One invoice, net terms availableConsolidated account billing — fits your AP workflow.
- Built around your hoursPickup and drop-off windows set to your kitchen, shop, or production schedule.

“We used to scramble every few weeks to find someone. Now the blades are just always sharp. It's one less thing to manage in a busy kitchen.”

Commercial Account FAQ
Is there a minimum volume to start an account?
No hard minimum. Most accounts run a recurring cycle, but we'll assess your blade count and operation when you request a quote and recommend a route that fits — whether you're a single kitchen or a multi-location operation.
What's your typical turnaround?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours on a route cycle. We pick up on your scheduled day, sharpen overnight, and return your blades the next service window — so you're never short mid-shift.
Do you offer net terms?
Yes. Established accounts can be set up on Net 30. Billing is consolidated into one invoice per cycle to fit your AP workflow.
What blade types do you handle?
Line and chef knives, cleavers, boning and slicing knives, clipper and trimmer blades, band saw and machine blades, cutting dies, and specialty cutting knives. If your operation runs an edge we haven't listed, ask — we likely handle it.
How is pricing set?
Pricing is account-based, set by your blade volume and cycle frequency — not a flat per-knife rate. Request a quote and we'll build a route proposal for your operation.
What areas do you cover?
We run commercial routes across Austin and Central Texas — Downtown, East Austin, North Austin/The Domain, South Congress, Round Rock, and surrounding areas. Local routes only, no shipping.
